Three flights of stairs with a heavy sleeper sofa!
Amazing job! Large sofa-didn’t fit in the elevator or 5 of the 6 stairwells they tried. They persisted and found a stairwell and got a very heavy sleeper sofa up three flights! Thank you! Highly recommend!
Terrible app worse service
The app itself proved to be unusable. I signed up and it let me book an appointment, and then proceeded to not let me log back in to check on the appointment, despite multiple password resets. Getting in touch with an actual person when you have an upcoming move was incredibly difficult. To top it all off they canceled my move, after the scheduled time, because there was a UPS store on my block, even after me repeatedly telling them I obviously don’t live in the UPS store. I never write reviews, but this was such a bad experience I felt the need to. I cannot recommend this app or platform less.

Five stars to the driver Patricia!!! Excellent customer service she wrapped up my sofa very precise excellence so did not get dirty courteous I can’t say enough about her service. Please reward her as feasible. I did tipped her. Didn’t realize that you could tip on the app.

On time and professional
The two delivery men that deliver my sofa today, where extremely professional. It wasn’t easy to get the sofa up the stairs.. But they took their time and managed to get it upstairs. Not one scratch on the walls. They were friendly and professional. Even though I forgot to submit the receipt. They were very accommodating. I will definitely refer this service to my friends. Thank you for the great service.

The absolute worst
Terrible God awful experience. Terrible for the drivers. Terrible for me. I booked a time. The company texted me and said no one accepted and proposed a later time. I said sure go ahead. The original group showed up with the piece. I had to leave my groceries in Costco. Run home because it was raining. And let them in. Then the late group was obviously mad. And the company charged me a $60 fee. Run from them.

Used to be decent, slowly became horrrible
In an economy where everything gets more expensive by the month, especially gas & diesel, they have not raised their rate of pay since before the pandemic.
It has absolutely become a company that reward idiots and punishes professionals.
They care nothing about their workers even those who have completed hundreds and hundreds of projects.
Support is terrible. Their whole way of doing business has become terrible. I don’t know anybody who worked with Goshare for long without losing respect for them.
Try them out and you’ll hustle and do a great job and next thing you know they’re charging you more than they paid because somebody else made a mistake.
But when a customer or a helper is 2 hours late for a noon start and now it’s 2:30, that’s your problem and they are no help.
They expect their workers to work for scraps and say thank you, then they take the scraps away.
Had potential in years past but has completely gone off the rails.

No show and charged?
My guy accepted, didn’t show for 45 minutes. I called multiple times. Cancelled, and then I’m charged a $25 fee? For waiting 45 minutes for a no show? Customer support link does not work. Never Again!
RIP OFF
Booked and cancelled 5 minutes later. They charged me $20 and $25. Will NEVER USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!

I found this app online (had never heard of it previously) because I was looking to get something fairly large transported and needed it done ASAP

First Time User
Wish you could message with your driver to update instructions or give more detail in the moment. My driver also dropped and was reassigned the morning-of leaving me uncertain if the job would be complete. Luckily it was picked up again and I had a seamless experience once the driver started the job.

Great idea but poor customer service
The concept is great and the service is reliable but if you need to contact customer service to make an adjustment…it will be impossible. However, I rate the delivery person Christopher five stars. He definitely made up for the poor customer service from Go Share.
The worst
Bought the couch at 3pm, same time I set it up to be delivered. It’s now 7:30pm and no update. I’ll never use this service again. I wouldn’t recommend!
