Worst company to work with.
Do your self a favor and take your business elsewhere. They will scams you out of your money. Their “websites” are terrible. Communication is non existent. Absolutely terrible experience. Wasted a lot of money and time on this sub par company. Plenty of other great website creators to do business with that are humans and won’t scam you dry.

Do Not Use w/Thumbtack
GoSite won’t release thumbtack integrations after you signup, should you change your mind. And with the glitchy software, poor app conditions, lack of security and mainly a tech support team that has no clue what’s going on it’s a hard NO. You’ve been warned.

Scam and steals money
My experience with GoSite was frustrating due to their complex navigation, inconsistent customer support, and occasional glitches. The biggest issue was their billing - after I cancelled, they still charged me over $600 in two months and refused to refund. On top of that, they made it incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription.

4 years of giving away my money
I’ve been asking these guys to fix the same minor problem on my website for the past 3 years. Please save your money and spend it on Google advertising or anything other than this company cloning what Google offers for free. I’ve asked these guys/gals to fix the “contact us” form on my website for 3 years. I’ve talked to friends that say this is such an elementary problem and should only need addressing 1 time. Nope, it’s above their pay grade. I have to wait for a customer to call me and tell me that they were unsuccessful using the form on my website to contact me time and time again. How many customers just move on to the next company do you think I miss before a customer picks up the phone and calls me and then mentions there’s an issue with my company website. I’m not going to waste any more of my time bashing these guys. They know who I am because I don’t go easy on them. I really believe they work with one of my competitors or are just resentful and retaliate buy breaking my website instead of fixing it. I’ve been warning them for years that if this didn’t stop that I write a negative review. There are much better services out there the problem is they keep taking my website hostage whenever I leave.

Select your industry - no, not that one.
I had the app for maybe two minutes, max. - was browsing the app store while I waited for it to finish downloading. Eventually, I checked and it was complete. Opened the app. Logged in. Entered my personal info. And was prompted to enter my industry.
Easy. "Freelancer."
Huh. No dice. Okay. I try to click the dropdown menu. Non-responsive. I have to type.
"Gig economy."
Nothing.
"Co-"
Several items show up, but none of them are the "copywriter" or "copyeditor" I was hoping for.
I tried several different words and letter pairs, to no avail. To be fair, they have six different photography options, only one of which I do but very rarely.
I checked if there was an option to skip, but no. It was required. I either go back or I select an industry and hit continue.
Pretty disappointing that within a minute of using the app, I'm already being put off based on the fact that my primary industries aren't covered and there's no way to avoid selecting one at all.
In my opinion, pretty counterproductive to have an app dedicated to small businesses, only to be exclusive of the small businesses that need it most: freelancers and digital nomads. But it felt unfair to give lower stars, as the app looked promising and I didn't really get a chance to use it. If the developers could change this or fix it somehow, I'd be happy to try this app out - it really does look promising.

Don’t use them
I’ve been in contact with them for months over a recurring charge I kept getting after canceling with them 2 years ago. They never made me aware I needed to cancel with the “other company” when I cancelled with them. They assured me my problem would be resolved, but now I’ve been unable to reach them. They wont respond to my calls or emails.

This service is truly horrible. Can’t ever get a human being beside chat. I drive a lot so this is a inconvenience. Because they sure called me enough to sign up. I currently can’t add a customer which means I currently can’t get paid. My last month of service!
Scam
I have never used this app, but i keep getting fake messages from it asking me sign in to the app to respond to the customer. They phish for information using email addresses. I know this because I have never given them my information including my email , yet I get emails saying a customer has a question for my business

Deleted this app right away. It could be good app but not for this price. Sorry.
So far Not worth it
I’ve only been using the service for a month now. Hard to tell which country they source work from but lots of info gets lost in translation. You cant even actually post from the app. Making website changes takes weeks. Way too long for any business needing to make quick changes. Customer service has been belittling and unhelpful once you’ve paid. Im hoping i can change this review soon but im not sure if the company is concerned with anything other than sales.
