New to Springfield
I haven’t lived in Springfield for a month yet, but I feel like I have really started to grasp the working of the SMTD bc of the drivers. They have gone above and beyond their job qualifications to make sure I am given the correct information when I have asked questions and I have watched them go out of their way for others too. Yesterday was the first and only time since the 26th of last month that I had something negative happen bc of a driver. And since I have ridden so much each day, I don’t see that it should lower my review from a 5 to a 4.

UPDATE THIS APP FOR THE MODERN TIMES, ITS OUTDATED
I love my city & state and hate to see it’s infrastructure outdated, you cannot do day passes on the app, the app’s layout is confusing and not that user friendly & recently it’s asking me to put in my iCloud password in to purchase a ticket & keep my card on file, and I’m putting in the correct password and it’s STILL! saying it’s incorrect & I know for a FACT! it’s correct bc I changed it just to make sure and I also had to sign in to write this review, THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP! or this app is useless smh

Hateful staff
Some of the drivers take off driving while you’re still on your way to the seat causing you to almost fall over.
Many times, however, their attitudes are the worst. Poor customer service.
