small issues can be hugely frustrating
several persistent issues. it crashes sometimes in the middle of a mission & loses all my progress (photos, notes, etc) so i have to go back and redo everything i just did.
it also freezes up randomly and takes forever to start responding again.
***this next “issue” is more of a preference/suggestion than a true issue, but i think it would be a lot more efficient and user friendly if you could swipe through the photos instead of having to click on them, then hit cancel and go back to click on another photo, rinse, repeat. the only time you can swipe
easily thru photos is AFTER you submit the mission. it would make sense to be able to swipe through them before
submitting the mission also so you can easily check your work before submitting.

Update
Updated the app to its newest version and now it won’t open at all.
Broken
After the update nothing works as it should making a 30 minute job into an hour plus. Thanks guys.
Inventory Count
The one problem to fix is a search for locating the numbers of the product to make it faster to do inventory.
Worst Ever
The company we use this app for is getting a severe injustice and ripped off because none off their counts are correct because the app won’t scan about 40% of items.
Gospotcheck fail
The company I work for is using this app to capture codes in audits and has a very rough time trying to capture the bar codes very frustrating and incredibly inconvenient
Horrible
Take forever for the list to download without having to uninstall and then reinstall the app or shut your phone off and on. This is ridiculous.
Spinning
I have to delete the app almost everytime I try to use it. All it does is spin and not show my jobs list until I delete and reinstall. I wish my company used another platform.
Not good
Good concept, but terrible performance. Its like everything I touch you have to wait 5-20 seconds before it recognizes it. Tried on multiple devices and still does it. It’s AGONIZING trying to do something quickly, but I have to wait for my touch to be registered. Given the amount of companies using this, you can do a lot better.

Frequency?
This app is great but it doesn’t clearly explain the frequency required of each survey. Nor does it tell a rep what surveys are still outstanding or incomplete. If one is monthly and one is quarterly, there’s no way for a rep to know which is which or which one has been completed and which is still incomplete.

Geo locations are incorrect for one. For two the app is slow as heck. Also half of my surveys taken won’t acknowledge that I submitted the survey
Time stamp accuracy is horrible
The app itself is a great concept, but now that I just found out that the pictures on every item are the exact same time that you submit a mission is horrible. There is no way to validate your own story of when you did something when they all have the exact same time but in reality, you took them at different times during the shift. If you arrive at a store at 6:15 take a picture at 7:16 end the mission at 9:20, the history tab should have each time stamp, according to each picture. Currently, they always show 9:20, which is very bad and stupid to cover your own tracks. Please fix that soon. In the next update.

Trouble with app
Twice I’ve had trouble with the app. Going to the same location, we had trouble getting the shop to appear, so I could do it. The MSP was never able after many tries to get it to come up on my app.
I had to use the guidelines & take pictures to send to them for report insertion. Very stressful, as it was after a 1-1/2 hr. drive one way & then the not being sure I was able to accomplish the shop - BOTH TIMES. A 3 hr. trip just in driving with a gas guzzler that could’ve been wasted.

Good app
Great easy to use app, interface is user friendly & everything you do need to find related to your account is easily accessible..the only feedback id like to add is to please try to include an update that optimizes battery usage when using the app..i use a huge chunk battery life within two-three accounts because of this app..if yall could fix that it’d be great.

When you logged into your account, whatever activity that you do within Gospotcheck should still be there. I changed phone devices all of a the work that I did wane saved. Can’t get paid if there’s no proof of work to show for
