I am not happy about being billed an additional import tax of $30.09 that was not quoted up front. I’ve never had to pay the import tax with other companies that I have ordered Hemp Sorghum Crisps with.

They have a usa option but when you try to order shipping will not calculate for my address. I emailed them asking why and all they will keep saying is they do only ship domestic.

Ils disent qu’il livre au6 Canada mais les produits sont gardés au douane avec de très gros frais. Ils m’ont répondu nous somme désolé mais c’est écrit sur notre site. Si je n’ai pas vu d’autres ne vont pas voir aussi. Ils devraient avoir un alerte quand on commande un produit qui ne peut être livré.

Over charges
They charge you a high price on the supplements, a ridiculous shipping fee and then you think: okay, will pay, that’s it. But then, suddenly you receive a message from the shipping company for you to pay an extra amount in order to receive the product. It’s a total scam!
Really good choice of health products
Have ordered a few times form the UK, fast delivery like 5-7 working days. Will continue to order from this company and the price is prototype good as well 😀
Good supplements, good price
The company is legit and user friendly. I buy stuff for Qatar. Shipping is cheap (free sometimes). They have a wide variety of products. They are always good bulk deals. Will definitely be a returning customer. Customer service is also good.

The worst customer service ever! I have ordered shampoo from their website, it arrived broken and I cannot use the bottle, neither travel with it anywhere. When I asked for a refund, at first they didn’t want to give me one and quote ‘we would appreciate it if you managed using it’. I have paid for the delivery and for the unbroken shampoo bottle. Not to ‘manage’ the broken bottle. When I asked again for the refund, they said that they will do it only once they receive the bottle back. I have never experienced such bad service before. So I do not recommend!!!!
