Useless app
Not able to see details of my archived request or away noticed and it should a website version of the app to enter your account’s details.
Missing entry requests
Can’t add entry requests from the app.

False data and unreal reporting for packages claims and records
A nightmare
Completely user unfriendly. Takes me three times longer to send work requests. Then everything gets reported via the app, sending me emails was better. Hate this app. But that’s Gotham now. Luxury prices with gettho services.
Still buggy
When using the carousel to choose a service request issue, app closes sometimes. Also, won’t let me submit repair request unless I select “permission to enter apt”
