Terribly coded and glitchy
Impossible to add attachments to service requests. Even if they are “successfully uploaded”, once I submit the request my photos are just gone and I get an email saying “attachments failed to load”. Also when typing a description of the issue, you can’t scroll within the text box, so good luck seeing what you’ve typed beyond 120 characters or whatever fits in that box. Additionally, once a request is closed by the maintenance team, there is no way to open it to see any repair notes added or a status beyond “closed”. They just send you a whack email saying “your request was closed, for questions contact your building manager”. Really?? Terribly inefficient. The old system was better. Hell, a suggestion box with post-its would be better.

Useless app
Not able to see details of my archived request or away noticed and it should a website version of the app to enter your account’s details.
Missing entry requests
Can’t add entry requests from the app.

False data and unreal reporting for packages claims and records
A nightmare
Completely user unfriendly. Takes me three times longer to send work requests. Then everything gets reported via the app, sending me emails was better. Hate this app. But that’s Gotham now. Luxury prices with gettho services.
