The DOJ should investigate whose idea it was to have an app that residents' safety and welfare depend on, that relies on an internet connection and a smartphone (which is known to run out of battery) to get in and out of their building. It is a safety hazard and, quite frankly, fails more often than not. The app constantly logs you out at the most inopportune times, and the hand swipe function ONLY works when the app is open, defeating the purpose of giving the app location permissions. If you are looking into renting from someone who tells you your keys to your building are dependent on this app—RUN!

Your landlord hates you. That’s the only reason they would tell you to use this app.

It shuts down often, and not all of the widgets work.
Stupid
What kind of auto payment makes you type the amount you would like to pay and then when they charge you, they just charge what's on the invoice? Then why put an option to put in the amount?
