The app bugs out every time I log in.
This App is terrible
This App is terrible. Majority of the time it does not work. I have to repeatedly delete and reinstall the app. As much money Gotham charges for their properties you would they invest in much more efficient tenant application.
App never works
0 functionality - anytime you click on an option, the screen is just blank.
It forces you to let it track your activity - should be illegal
A complete joke they force you to let them track your activity so you can use basic features like check your repair request. Completely and utterly pathetic behaviour
Cannot even use

I have not been able to open the app. It keeps crashing every time I enter my login details.
App fails and needs to be reinstalled
At random times app will completely fail, just popping up an error code. Management knows and the accepted response is to completely uninstall it and then reinstall.
Worst app
Need to log out / log in everytime to use the app because of the issue presumably from building

1. Signs you out every so often so you have to log in
2. When you do try to sign in as prompted, the page appears blank.

Makes my life easier!
I moved into the Ashland recently and just discovered the app. I love that I can pay rent and sign up for workout classes directly on the app. Such a great app that centralizes everything I need to do related to my apartment.

Very happy that this app includes the fitness class schedule. But, why take away the ability to post, sell and buy furniture in the building?
