Very poor experience
Car had issues, app wasn’t working, and can only cancel membership by calling or emailing.

I’ve never experienced such hardship from any corporate entity in my life. I eat
Awful service, worthless customer service. The cars seatbelts were broken, the tires had low pressure, the app glitched constantly and you can’t lock or unlock the car without the app so we could t unlock it multiple times when the app glitched out. The car once turned off can barely be turned back on, would not recommend this service to my worst enemy

I wish it worked
Every time I open this app it needs to be deleted and downloaded again. There is something very wrong with the app.

I can’t believe how reasonable this service is. The car was clean exactly where the app told me it was and had a great trip. Highly recommend.

זהירות, לא לקחת מהם שום רכב
היה לי מקרה שהרכב פשוט לא היה תקין ונשלחתי לקחת רכב בעיר אחרת אמרו שקבל סכום מסוים פיצוי בפועל קבלתי חמישית מהסכום, בקיצור, לא להוריד ולא להשכיר כלום!!!!!

Filthy, beat up cars, that can’t be rented one-way
I’ve tried to like using Go2Cars, but my experience is tainted by reserving cars only to find that the car interior is absolutely filthy and the exterior looks like it has been in a crash derby. Equally frustrating is the rental “model” which is advertised as a “two-way” model, which means you have to return the car to the same location you picked it up vice to another Go2Cars parking spot. This might be preferable on some occasions, but it really limits the usefulness of renting a car ad hoc or otherwise trying to do something other than hurry up and get back to the pickup spot before your reservation period ends (increments of 15 minutes). In city traffic, all of this makes getting a taxi not only less stressful, but far cheaper than renting from Go2Cars. Moreover, if you want to go for a day trip or somewhere further than a few miles, you are better off getting a rental car from one of many rental car companies as Car2Go mileage charges mean renting something is far cheaper than Car2Go.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION OPTION. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE LOCKED WITH THEM FOREVER EVEN IF YOU REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FROM THE APP. THEY OVERCHARGE ME AND I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK.

The app requires a credit card to sign up and will charge you $20 a month indefinitely. It is impossible to cancel this via the app or their website.

Overpriced and poorly serviced
I use the bikes A LOT. I liked their manual bikes but they’ve disappeared and only electronic assist bikes remain. These are often in bad shape. The brakes are faulty or the gears are faulty. Some have helmets others are missing helmets. But my biggest complaint is sometimes the app won’t read the code
I’ve only rented a car once. That was enough. I wanted a full day because I was headed to Shoham about 16km from my home. For a full day plus kilometres it cost more than two taxis. Why bother renting when the prices are so high?

השכרתי מהם אופנים ללא ברקסים. לאחר ששמו אותי במצב מסוכן דרשו שאלח לשים את האופניים בחניה יעודית.
