Don’t get ripped off.
Renting for anything important? Don’t trust my-car.
First, the car was not parked where the app told to pick it up. I lost time trying to unsuccessfully find it, and then having to call my-car. I was late to work.
Other Problems:
- Two tires didn’t have air-caps. Not enough air in them and I had to waste more time refilling them.
- Warnings that car badly needed oil check up, and that the back left turn signal needs repair. Imagine if a cop tried to fine me for that, who would be held responsible?
My-car should not be charging me for the time it took to find the car, nor the time lost to refill the air in the already defunct tires. Additionally, all of this caused damage to my work.
