Could be easier to order
I’ve used this app multiple times and it doesn’t save my credit card info. That’s quite inconvenient for 2026 when my card is saved for an easy checkout process on other apps.

No integration of features
Conditional accessibly - no ability to put in promo codes - love the establishment - but cannot get in on deals. Would order more if there was such.

My first order was the greens with pork belly, Mac n cheese with pork belly and brisket sandwich. Boooyyy it was soooo goood!!! Never have I ever had BBQ as good as this! You HAVE TO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!!
Easy ordering
Love how easy it was to place an order. Interesting app. Cool way to order directly from restaurants that I frequent and also track my different loyalty points for each one.

Doesn’t let you change the order pickup time… but the website version does

Best online ordering app
This is the best app I've ever used for placing online orders. The menus are easy to use, the UI is so clean, and I don't have to pay half my money to a 3rd party middleman. Love this!
Best way to order food locally
This app is great! I love being able to search and find all the local ma and pa shops in my area. What’s really cool is if they have a loyalty program, the app keeps track of my points for every restaurant individually. It’s a very clean experience as well!

We have wanted to have our own online ordering app for years but it was always too expensive. Now, SpotOn is offering it to us as part or our online ordering package. So affordable and it looks great. But with out the headache of developing and paying for our own App. I love SpotOn! Thank you so much!
