Support needs to be 24 hours and bilingual. There should be an option in the app to reschedule and refund tickets. Otherwise it’s simply a scam

Scammers

I bought two tickets from Albany to NYC last weekend through the app, specifically with Fox Bus. The app generated two QR codes for boarding, but when the bus arrived, the driver told me my tickets weren’t for that company. I had to wait an hour for the next bus, which allowed me to board. However, when I arrived at the Albany bus terminal, I was charged an extra $10 for “rescheduling,” even though I wasn’t rescheduling — I was just taking the trip I had originally purchased. I tried to explain, but they wouldn’t listen.

The app should improve the ticket purchase process and communication with bus companies to avoid these kinds of issues. Very frustrating and disappointing. I don’t recommend using it if you value your time and money.

My Trip to Dover Delaware 7/26/24 Friday 3:30pm Bus

Rude Customer Service which is the Norm…Agent Tried to Charge me 1.00 to print up my E Ticket which wasn’t mention in the agreement…I’m seeing the last minute walk in are paying 25.00 for the same fare when I’d paid 40.00 for mine…That’s unfair…Reading light and Charger doesn’t work…Bus Operator Operation is horrible he’s Driving like if a Car not a Bus…. And that’s coming from a experienced Coach Operator!

App having problems

Fourth time it charge me without giving me a ticket.

No WIFI PASSWORD PROVIDED EVEN DO THE BUS HAS WIFI SMH

WIFI PASSWORD SHOULD BE IN THE APP OR IN THE TICKET WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR TRIP!!!

Cross Country on a City Bus

First time taking this bus. They say to arrive 20 minutes early but the bus didn’t even arrive until after the advertised departure time. Then the email says to bring a printed copy of the email as the ticket but other people had electronic tickets on their phones (like one would expect). The driver was noticeably annoyed when I showed him the printed email. He didn’t help load the bags and didn’t even close the baggage compartment door - I had to. Somewhere along the way the bus started getting colder. When I asked the driver to turn on the heat, he couldn’t reach or even see the climate controls, and his window was part way open. We froze until the next stop and discovered that the driver didn’t even know how to operate the climate controls, turning the air conditioning on (in the winter). The bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper and no one warned us to bring any. Lastly, I downloaded the app to try and get the electronic tickets and it kept giving me error messages even though I had just created my account. We’re stuck on this system until we return but will not take this bus system anymore. You get what you pay for.

APP STOPPED WORKING

I keep getting a pop up message saying “Technical Error” or “Update App” when the the app is already updated…..

App Stopped Working

The app just stopped working on my iPhone12. It logged me out and each time I tried to log back in or change password to see if that would fix the issue, I kept getting the message “update app”, in which my app IS UPDATED. Messaged for help and no such luck. GotoBus developers need to stay on top of these issues!

Horrible

Wouldn’t even log me in. No answer by phone to reschedule! Bad experience overall the app is completely useless!

Nothing happened if I touch explore and than touch one of the banners, but work ok ok website

No kind of help when the bus doesn’t show. No kind of call nor email saying or helping with problems. The app isn’t helpful at all
