The only reminders app that actually sticks
Most to-do apps assume a time is enough, if a reminder fires when you are busy, you’ve basically missed it.
When a time reminder goes off at the wrong moment, like when I’m in a meeting or driving, I can use my Apple Watch to tell it to remind me again when I leave here, when I arrive home, or when I get to work. The reminder doesn’t just get snoozed blindly. It waits. While it’s waiting, any auto snooze cadence is paused, so I’m not being nagged unnecessarily. Then, when I reach the right place and the reminder fires again, the auto snooze starts again until I complete the task.
That’s the part that makes the app different to use. It doesn’t punish you for being busy or missing the perfect moment.
On top of that, I use early warnings, weekend skipping, and pausing all the time. Subtasks can have their own reminders, and I can link tasks, so the next step only appears when the last one is done. Even the location reminders fire reliably when I arrive somewhere.
It feels less like a planner and more like a safety net for real days, not perfect ones.

Simply the best
No other app can touch this for reminder control and notification flexibility. GoTodo doesn’t just alert you once and disappear — it keeps reminding you until you act, with the option to set multiple early warnings and automatic retries. It handles repeats, skips weekends, and even adjusts for time zones without you thinking about it. I’ve tried everything from Todoist to TickTick and none of them come close to the sheer reliability and intelligence of this system. Once you’ve used GoTodo, everything else feels half-finished.

Use this everyday!
Works so well and perfect for everyday use. Sometimes has little glitches but rarely. I use it literally every single day and couldn’t recommend enough.
Excellent
Best in class for task management + more, in fact I would say that it's in a class of it's own, fully featured and well laid out. your able to micro manage your day minute by minute if you needed to without having to have hundreds of tasks all over the place. This is the best task manager that I have ever used, In my opinion it outclasses all of the major players in this category and I guarantee I have tried them all. for the price it cannot be beaten in my opinion, I highly recommend it. Give it a try I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

GoToDo Review
Love it. I wish it was easier to edit long entries though. Cursor tends to move around on its own and the page also jumps around making it difficult. Otherwise it’s super
Excellent!
I’ve used a lot of these types of to-do apps over the years but this one sets a new high mark for ease of use and clever features, a few times a year I have work related tasks to do for periods that can last from a few weeks to several months at a time, it’s great that I can pause these tasks so they don’t bug me with constant reminders when they’re not needed and then restart them when necessary instead of deleting and having to recreate a whole new bunch of tasks later in the year. The Apple Watch app is also very useful since it allows me to actually create tasks and set a reminder for them in situations where my phone isn’t with me like at the gym or it’s just not appropriate for me to pull out my phone like when I’m in a meeting, this is something that isn’t available in pretty much any other app I’ve tried, you can create a task in other Apple Watch to-do apps but then you have to go to the iPhone version of the app to actually finish off and create the reminder, seems kind of ridiculous having to take two steps on two separate devices to do just one thing. For me right now this app ticks all the boxes and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Very useful
Great app with some pretty unique and useful features such as being able to pause and restart repeating tasks, I have certain work related tasks to do for periods that can last from a few weeks to a couple of months at different times of the year, it’s great that I can pause and restart them when needed rather than deleting them and having to recreate a whole new task later in the year. Would like a Mac app but apparently that’s in the works, other than that the app is easy to use and always reliable, highly recommended.

This is a Great "To Do" App
Over the weekend I downloaded and tried several reminder / To Do App. I purchased several of them so I could use the full version. I tried this app. and founded that I really like it. The app is easy to use has several features that I was looking for in an app. I will use it for both personal and business. This is a very good app at a reasonable price. It is worth the money!

Simple to use
Definitely keeps moving in the right direction, many new features added which make the app considerably more useful like the smart lists that include the ability to search by date range which is something I’d requested some time ago so I’m very pleased.
Super Easy
The easiest way to set task reminders, so you never forget a task and very easy to use on the move.
Keeps me focused
I have trouble remembering things so this prompts me and I do the task and tick it of the butons on the home are very good for making tasks without typping.
Nice
Helps me get things done and I can make a call right from screen alert
Good, could be better
Nice home screen design and the preset buttons are really useful, the rest of the app feels very familiar a bit like a supped up iOS reminders app but no Apple Watch version, hope this comes soon.
At Last!
This is the first task app I’ve come across to offer an all day task feature, a task for a particular day but without a reminder time, it’s a no brainier but no other app has this, well done Revival.
The quick set reminder buttons are great, it’s not always convenient to start tapping out a whole reminder when with people, sometimes just need a nudge later to remind me to create a proper task, very useful.
Lists are ordered alphabetically but would like to be able to choose the order for them myself, also lack of dark mode, Siri Shortcuts and Apple Watch means 4 stars for now but when these things are added then the app will be hard to beat. I like that there’s no need to set up an account.

Fast and easy
Great features and not complicated like other task apps, having additional reminders for a task is perfect and the automatic snooze is hugely useful.
Perfect task manager
Brilliant app with so many good features, the contact calling from notifications is really useful.
