Very Easy To Use
Recently used this for the first time training for an online customer service job. Didn’t have any problems at all. It is very easy to use.

This program runs smoothly, is for all skill sets and can easily adapt to the hardware that you are using. Simple and easy it is to use, easy to understand guides, and uses little resources.
We expect things to work just outside of the box. We acknowledge an app when we have an easy session and the session went well as planned.
We try to Evaluate each use of the app and after 3 weeks go by and we have had minimal to no issues, then we forget about it and it is now in our nature to run to it for other projects and plans.
This app is a must keep in the virtual tool belt for sure.

Loved it
I had a three hour training on this app. It wasn’t complicated to navigate. The organization had control over mute but we were able to use the feature in the app that allowed to raise our hands to get questions ask and use the chat box for the exercises given. I really loved it performance.
Completely broken in every way I've tried to use it
I can't get this to work at all, even for one of their "test" sessions.
On the main screen of the app, I typed the session number, and it brings up an alert saying I need to download the app. The button on the alert sends me back to the App Store, which confirms I've already downloaded it, and sends me back to the app.
I tried going to the support page and clicking the link there, and it just sends me to a blank white page in Safari.
I tried a different device (running a newer version of iOS), and it shows a webpage that says "Tap to join the session", and when I tap it, it says "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid".
I tried entering the meeting number from within the app, on the newer device, and it shows a spinner, darkens the screen, then half a second later resets the spinner and darkens the screen even more, and this repeats forever.
GoToTraining has some serious QA issues. I've tried to join their "test session" in 6 different ways (via the app, via the webpage, via the support link, each with 2 different devices), and they all fail -- and each in a unique way! Their support page is useless, too. If there's some secret trick to making this app work, I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

User Interface is fantastic!
I have tried out a few different meeting and webinar platforms and Go To Training has BY FAR the most intuitive user interface!

What the heck?
There’s absolutely no Sign-up button. I’m trying to find it even on the website and I can’t create an account. Really? What kind of app doesn’t have a Sign-up button and only a Sign-in button?
Poor app performance
The app is very buggy on iPhone 11 Pro. I could barely get the app to switch screens like trying to tap the chat icon didn’t work 9/10 taps on it. Same for switch back to the video being presented. One time I switched to read a chat message and the entire row of icons on the bottom went black and I couldn’t change to do anything.

Great way to learn
Very helpful and informative. Relatable and comforting to learn that you are not the only one that is going through things on your own. You can learn new techniques or new suggestions to try. Having open communication with others and instructor all while learning and engaging live.

Easiest way to access your training, i was able to use my iphone and Ipad to connect, as long as you have a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Training Materials are available as PDF. You are able to do Audio and video conferences, as well as group chatting. Its User Friendly and Reliable!

Being that my actual university is in Florida, go training keeps me in the loop and keeps me connected to my professor as well as peers in my courses to stay well informed. It's like a classroom in your pocket. You still get to interact, converse and even type messages for the professors who choose to keep the class on mute. It's a lovely app.
