I don’t write app reviews, but this app is such utter garbage that I am making an exception.

I don’t know how it is as a social media app and I don’t care. I’m a coach and am required to use it for team management. For my use case, it’s awful. Confusing, mazy UI with no rhyme, reason, or explanation of what is what, if you’re doing something correctly, or in the right place. No clear delineation of roles, teams, tasks. You learn by blindly tapping on stuff and hoping it’s the right thing.

The nice thing about MANDATING use of something is that you don’t need to care if it’s good or infuriating, because that’s the problem of the users you forced onto your platform. Well, I’m infuriated.

Doesn’t send an email

Typed in my email to send a code to get it to log into my account…doesn’t even send the email, so the app is useless.

The app does not allow me to create an account keeps saying name does not have enough characters no matter the length of the name

Wow!

I was able to livestream my son’s soccer tournament to his aunt who was in the hospital. She watched the entire match and was absolutely over the moon excited to see him score the goal. Thank you gotsport for such a great way to grow youth soccer!

Deleted after an hour

Locks up pretty much every time I open it, and I really don’t want to check my email for a new code every time I login.

Never had an issue until recently.

This app WAS great. Never had any issues for the two years I’d been using it. Last week they updated the app and it logged me out; now when I open the app it asks for my email and to send a code. The problem is it never sends the code to my email to log it. I’ve uninstalled the app numerous times but to be met with the same issue time and time again.

I cannot login

I’m the parent and cannot login. Keeps thinking I’m the child I cannot go back to edit the age! There is no customer support to fix this!
