UX/UI is BAD. Our community just started using this system and the app seems to have been built in 2010 and not touched since then. You can’t even set up a guest/vendor pass for a future day, not even the next day! It’s obvious this is sold directly to building mgt offices, not end users.

Great Application. Easy to invite family, friends or Contractors. Permanently or for a day. Announces guests and issues a QR to reduce lines at the gate. Best product for gated communities I’ve seen.
