About

Gout flares feel random. They usually aren't. GoutTrack helps you find your own trigger — not a generic list from the internet. HOW IT WORKS • Log a flare in seconds: which joint, how bad it is, when it started. • Log what you ate and drank — beer, shellfish, red meat, sugary drinks, or anything you add yourself. • GoutTrack looks at what came before your flares and tells you what it found. THE PART MOST TRACKERS GET WRONG A food that shows up before four of your flares looks damning — until you notice you eat it twice a week and nothing happens. GoutTrack counts both sides: how often a trigger came before a flare, and how often you had it with no flare after. When something looks more like a habit than a pattern, it says so plainly. That honesty is the whole point. A tracker that only shows you the alarming half sends you chasing the wrong thing. ALSO • Your full flare history, newest first, with how long each one lasted. • Everything stays on your device. • No account, no sign-up. GoutTrack is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor.

What's New in GoutTrack

1.0.2

October 21, 2026

When you add a flare from the past, GoutTrack now asks how long it lasted (or Not sure) instead of saving it as still going. Your doctor report shows that length, or says it was not recorded. New: Send feedback from the Insights screen, and an option to rate the app after you share your doctor report.
