User reviews

Lots of bugs - awful app

App is slow and half the time reported concerns do not go through.

Love the ease of use!

So easy to use. Wish my old town had this!

The worse app

This app is not only confusing- it gets stuck- unable to add info- adding photos is difficult- worthless to get the concerns to my city !

Freezing when uploading 3 pictures

I tried uploading 3 picture in my report a concern. Only one got uploaded and then it kept spinning. I tried uploading 2 pictures and it froze again. It did take all 3 reports with only one picture. But the only way to unfreeze the program was with the back button.

After trying 3 times I noticed I had 3 reports in the system, but I only received one email.

Maybe add editing ability?

It would be nice if there was a way to edit a submission after submitting it, like to correct something or to add more photos.
