Can’t log in - an error message just shows up: “There was an error with your request: Forbidden”

Was working ok, all of a sudden unable to log in, getting the “you were unable to login. Try again” message. Nothing changed, no updates installed just stopped working.
Crashed
It was working well. Now logging in with pin, then getting a blank blue screen. No option to update. Can’t use at all.

I can no longer log in to the app. I have been trying for months and it keeps telling me that the server has failed.

Useful, but has glitches.
It’s handy to have this as an ap. Losing slow and often when you touch on a tile it takes you to a different place, like a lag with the screen displaying ahead of the functioning. If I back a screen and try again it works correctly. I also can’t change my bank account. Every time I get an error message telling me I can’t change for a past payroll period even though the date is clearly in the next or current period.

Can be improved
Not an icon within the app to submit feedback. Works fine to begin with but when attempting to download a second item ie payment advice the system glitches and stays stuck on load forever. To actually view another item I have to restart the app and log back in. Isn’t an efficient system when attempting to forward a number of weeks to another area.

Streamlined Time and attendance entry
The app has made my task of entering time attendance much more efficient. The app encourages and enables me to enter my start, break and end time in real time rather than record the times in a diary and enter them in later. Due to the timeliness of my entries there has been a reduction in issues on my flex sheet. An improvement to the app would be to have the middle circle turn into a save button when all the entries have been entered in for the day.
