How to feedback problems to company
I took a look at the website, and support, but this appears the only way to provide feedback.
The mobile app is truly awful. It hardly even logs in, forgets my login constantly. I can open the mobile app, and while waiting for it to even get to the Home Screen, walk to a desk, plug in my computer, switch my computer on and wait for it to load up, log onto my coloured, then open a browser and go to the website, while the wheel is still spinning on the mobile app.
We are talking 5 minutes of the app doing ….. nothing? If it even gets to the main menu to book a desk at all. Please fix this. Like hot dealing isn’t bad enough, taking 15 minutes to find a desk on a mobile app. Urgh.

Linking to the correct office.
That is problematic and takes time. Otherwise it’s fine once you get the gist of things..
Spins Forever
When launching the app from a push notification I frequently have to push the app to the background to get it to load fully.

Whenever I open the app in the morning of the weekday, I can never get on, constant loading screen. Please fix
Login Bug - Developers Fix it Please
The app has a bug and it is really annoying. If you try to open the app when your phone is not connected to internet, it will log you out of your account for some reason. When you connect to internet and open the app again, you need to go through the login process all over again.. why does login credentials get lost if you accidentally open the app without internet connection. Developers: please fix, thank you.
