When launching the app from a push notification I frequently have to push the app to the background to get it to load fully.
loading time
Whenever I open the app in the morning of the weekday, I can never get on, constant loading screen. Please fix
Login Bug - Developers Fix it Please
The app has a bug and it is really annoying. If you try to open the app when your phone is not connected to internet, it will log you out of your account for some reason. When you connect to internet and open the app again, you need to go through the login process all over again.. why does login credentials get lost if you accidentally open the app without internet connection. Developers: please fix, thank you.

Beyond slow and poor UI
This app is so beyond slow and laggy. This is with a 15pro. I would have deleted it if I didn’t need it for work.
The UI is so poorly designed and requires extra unnecessary steps to reserve or view booked seats. This app can be so heavily simplified and would probably help reduce the lag. These issues have existed for years as if they don’t care about the user experience.

Doesn’t work
This app is so buggy - usually won’t even open without returning an error. Awful.
Only works on web
App is completely useless but web works. The app has been broken for over a months and no updates at all. I highly not recommend to use this.
Logging off all the time
Would be great if it wasn’t logging me off all the time. Also does not remember password and crashes quite often. So I just use the web version in the office. App does nor work well for me
Pretty smooth
Works quite well, would improve that web and app start week on different day (Sun or Mon) and it can force wrong bookings
Primitive
Calendar drop down doesn’t work, doesn’t use faceID or fingerprint like any other corporate app, slow as federal budget reform, and a user interface straight out of 2011.
Useless
Anytime there’s an update I have to find my companies url again. Back in the 60’s the came up with this idea called computer memory. You should use it.
Meet my expectations
I like overall experience. I didn’t have any trouble with login, and I didn’t experience any glitches.I like the features.
Terrible user experience
1. Very hard to zoom in on a floor plan. You pinch apart and nothing happens.
2. No Face ID logon.
3. The “expanding concertina” UI widget makes it impossible to predict where your swipe up will end. Plus, you can’t just tap on a concertina section to open it, you have to swipe up so the section you want is at the top of the screen. Only then can you tap to open it. Ridiculous.
4. The UI spends far too much time animating itself.

UI is garbled in my iPhone 14
The early text (Reserve, My bookings,etc) is huge and overlaps from one section to another. Then when you go to use the time dials on a reservation they are so microscopic as to be largely unusable. No reason they can’t be bigger and easier to see. The numbers are cut off top and bottom.
Did not see any way to say what range of hours I need the space.

Buggy and clumsy
The app doesn’t seem to work with IOS 16.4.1. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon.
Truly awful app
But only when it works. Buttons are mislabelled, everything is hard to find. There is no consistent or intuitive way to interact. Options appear almost hidden making it difficult to find what you’re looking for. Only use it because I have to.
Easy flow, slow reaction
To move through the app is easy and intuitive, but it reacts slow… you need some patience. Should be improved
Server Error in '/' Application.
Absolute rubbish app. I try to log in and get an error with absolutely no options to get support. It astounds me that our company uses this platform.

Does what I need, but you have to work for it
The app is not the easiest to move around to get what you need on a smaller screen. Great when you have a big screen to work with. Could use a more intuitive time display/interface for bookings.
The worst app I’ve ever used
As if the horrible user interface wasn’t bad enough, the recent app version crashes when I click the “way finder” button (iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15.4.1 in case anyone cares) making it completely useless
New user perspective ACE
I’ve been using it for a couple of months now as we are heading back in to the office. Simple - does everything I need it to do.
