Why is the Downtown Loop shuttle only reachable when it is not in service? When it is running, I only get “unable to fetch information from the server “ pop up box. Not helpful.

The app can never "find"where you are which makes it useless when trying to report a problem. There is no way to send a complaint forward using a text description that a human might be able to figure out when the computers can't.

Can't report problem

As previously mentioned, the app can't "find" the location you try to send, making the app useless. I expected it to be sloppy and inefficient (being government run) but it doesn't work at all.
