Doesn’t work half the time!
Very frustrating, but because most of the time the app doesn’t work!
Put the money on the development of the app and not in your pockets.
After last update can’t login anymore. The app needs significant improvements as most of the time produces errors instead of loading the content it supposed to. Every update makes it worse rather than better. Put the money on the development of the app and not in your pockets.
Needs a lot of work
This app doesn’t work for what it is intended to serve. When trying to add a ticket as a foreigner you have no chance to verify your passport as the app never captures the image of it. The window is too small to fit a passport size. As a result you can’t go watch a game in Greece.

Not sending SMS/OTP to foreign numbers
Many Greeks nowadays live abroad and using their foreign SIM/Mobile number when visiting Greece, but still have a Greek ID and Greek Driving license that wasn't to use with the App. Even though first level of authentication with Taxisnet or Greek Bank account works fine, the 2nd level of authentication where App tries to send an OTP via SMS to the mobile number that it auto identifies from the phone fails when using a foreign mobile number e.g. one from starting +44. This means the App cannot be used. Unclear why. Also unclear why they don't even mention in the App we don't send to foreign numbers, you just get a screen OTP send to your foreign mobile number and nothing cones however many times you try it. Incredibly bad
Lots of bugs, crashes post authentication and does not work when it is actually needed (i.e. at the football gates)
2FA won’t send SMS
Something is broken and the 2FA doesn’t send the SMS to my registered foreign mobile number it says it sends… ticket raised but have low hopes anyone is working on this… strange as 2FA works on all other government sites

Awful experience
I have been trying to log into the app for the past three days, but I'm facing significant challenges. As a Greek living abroad, it seems that I have fewer privileges than others. Despite following all the necessary steps (visiting KEP etc), I continue to encounter glitches that prevent me from accessing the app. This experience serves as a reminder of why I left Greece, and it reinforces my decision not to return. It's disappointing to see the lack of accountability and the continuous mess regarding everything related to People’s experience.

If you aren’t Greek it’s useless.
Even if you are Greek it is useless as it only allows you to validate it if you use a Greek banking institution. So, if you don’t have a Greek bank account the governments app cannot validate you! That’s ridiculous.
Doesn’t work
I work on phones for a living and this app doesn’t do what it’s supposed do which is verify who you are and issue tickets. Every time I try to scan my QR code in or enter my personal information such as ticket passport or AMKA numbers, it kicks me out saying “this ticket is not adjustable”. Horrible. Doesn’t do its job…
Despite having a very easy to navigate setup, the app doesn’t allow me to enter my match ticket information as a foreign citizen despite having paid for tickets, it just tells me it’s “not yet ready for foreign ticketholders.” Added to this, neither the barcode scanner in the main menu or the barcode scan option in the non-Greek residents section even shows up. This app is very well set up, but does not do its job at all and I’m scared I won’t get in to my match because it doesn’t accept my ticket.

This software is still epic and it needs a lot of work and development especially good coordination with all local authorities having jurisdiction in procuring documents such as Identification Cards and Drivers Licenses. Hopefully we will soon see a better development an optimized coordination on Greek software development. Keep up the good work guys!

Η πρώτη φορά που δοκίμασα την εφαρμογή αυτή ήταν στις εκλογές 2023. Δοκιμάσαμε με τέσσερα κινητά, 4G, 5G και WiFi σε ένα iPhone 14 pro για επιβεβαίωση ταυτότητας. Η υπάλληλος σκάναρε τον κωδικό QR, έλαβα την ειδοποίηση, πάτησα Επιβεβαίωση στοιχείων αλλά αμέσως μετά έδινε σφάλμα επικοινωνίας, χωρίς να μου στέλνει ποτέ τον κωδικό επιβεβαίωσης. Η εφαρμογή, δηλαδή, δεν κάνει αυτό για το οποίο είναι φτιαγμένη. Υπάρχουν κάποιες φήμες ότι «για άλλους δούλεψε» αλλά εγώ δεν μπορώ να το επιβεβαιώσω.
Διόρθωση: Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι είχα εγκαταστήσει την εφαρμογή αρχικά όταν είχε πρωτοβγεί. Η ταυτότητα είχε κωδικούς QR που είχαν δημιουργηθεί με αυτήν την αρχική έκδοση της εφαρμογής. Όταν η εφαρμογή ενημερώθηκε φαίνεται ότι κάτι άλλαξε και οι παλιοί κωδικοί QR δεν ισχύουν πλέον. Μόλις αφαίρεσα την ταυτότητα και την εγκατέστησα ξανά η επιβεβαίωση έγινε χωρίς πρόβλημα. Βέβαια δεν υπήρχε καμμία ειδοποίηση ότι πρέπει να επανεγκατασταθούν τα έγγραφα μετά την ανανέωση της εφαρμογής, όπως ο εκδότης θα όφειλε να κάνει μιας και η ανανέωση έσπασε την συμβατότητα με τις προηγούμενες εκδόσεις. Γι’ αυτό δίνω και μόνον 3 αστεράκια

Δεν λειτουργεί σε iPhone 14 pro max, από την αρχή και συνεχίζει να μην ανοίγει και με το τελευταίο iOS update

It would be great and I would’ve given it an extra star if the colors of the drivers license and the ID were pink and blue respectively when adding them to the iPhone wallet.In the app the colors are perfect and coincide with the various cards but in the Apple wallet they’re all blue, no good, please change and then you’ll be approaching five stars.
