안되는 곳 많고 환불 바우처로만 됨
환불도 고와비 바우처로만 되고 마사지샵에서 사용한다 했을 때 2번이나 아예 고와비가 뭔지도 모르고 당황함. 마사지 현장보다 가격도 더 비쌈. 미리 라인으로 일일히 물어보고 확인하고 써야함. 일단 환불 어려운게 제일 에바임. 외국인은 안쓰는 게 좋을듯합니다.

‼️계정 탈퇴, 삭제 안 되는 어플‼(️신중히 설치하시길)
어플을 통해 계정 삭제를 몇 번이나 했는데 그럴 때마다 24시간이 주어지고 24시간 내에 삭제 취소 요청하게 화면을 만들어 놓음. 중요한 건 24시간 타임 지나도 다시 원 위치.ㅋㅋㅋ 다시 계정 삭제 요청을 해야 되고 또 위와 같은 과정을 반복. 이걸 몇 번이나 했는지 모름. 삭제되었습니다. 결과 화면 죽어도 안 나옴. 결론은 어플로 계정 삭제 안 됨.
그래서 이번에 마음먹고 라인 메신저로 요청함. 요청했는데 담당자가 삭제됐다고 또 24시간을 기다리라는 답변뿐. 장난하는 것도 아니고. 뭐 하자는 거임. 이 때 바로 어플 확인해 보니 내 이메일 계정 주소 앞에 _disable_이 붙어 있어 진짜 처리가 되겠지 생각하고 화를 삭이고 또 24시간을 기다렸음. 결국 기다렸는데도 삭제는커녕 로그아웃도 안 되어 있음. 진짜 욕이 나올 수밖에 없음. 삭제, 탈퇴라는 말을 모르는 건가? 왜 사용자를 농락하는지 처리 및 답변 제대로 주시길. 사용자들은 개인 정보에 제일 민감함!!!

Never cancel you appointment because they scamYour money
I paid 560 THB to reserve a service, once I wanna change my appointment, they would return the full amount but they only allow me to redeem the value of 500 or 400 not 60 baht. This is how they scam your money. This is going to be be my last time using the service with them.

Forces you to rate
On installing, the app doesn’t offer the option to opt out of targeted apps. This violates Apple policy. Also, irritating pop-up after every spa treatment asks you to rate your experience. No option to skip or not rate. Will revise this review if they fix these irritants.
So glad GoWabi exists!!
super happy to have found GoWabi through a Reddit post, I used to message all of the medspas in town to find out prices, but GoWabi makes it so much easier to find places in my budget. Love this app!!!
