Tops does not contact or inform customers of changes in their orders prior to delivery. Unapologetically.
Idiotic address handling
Thailand has one of the worst property address systems ever devised. Many delivery apps make it far worse by not being able to include vital information like street, condominium, or village name if it isn’t in Google maps. Drivers rarely look at the map. Saving a delivery address in this app is virtually useless and guarantees an annoying conversation with a lost delivery driver. Stop trying to validate addresses - we know where we live.
