Brilliant design but terrible app. Awful functionality. Doesn’t pay suppliers. Go with Rover instead.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Had major issues even creating my account, leading me to contact customer service. They took over a week to reply to my first message, with blatant lies. Then proceeded to email them and haven’t had a reply in almost 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Stay away from this company.

App doesn’t work
Have downloaded latest version of this app and still unable to use it. Toggle switch does nothing and app completely frozen. Disappointed.
Brilliant concept and impressive app
GoWalkies is one of my favourite ways to keep my dog, Boris, active during the day! I'll use the app when my schedule becomes too hectic to take my dog out. You can arrange walks for the same day or even a few hours before you need them. I’ve used it a few times now and it has really helped when my husband is at the office. I felt pretty secure knowing that GoWalkies verifies the walkers before the walkers can go live on the app. All in all, very happy with the app and will continue to use. Your walker will send images and can talk with you during the walk to let you know how the walk went. The app allows you to keep track of the walk as it happens! My walkers have all been in constant contact with me. I genuinely love this app/company and will tell my friends about it! Great to know that walkers keep 100% of their earnings unlike other apps like Rover.

Now the bugs have been fixed all is working well. A great App.
Terrible app
Unable to sign in and finish profile for other a week, offered me a job which is miles away and looked very fake.

Stuck on set up
Ok so started registering but had to come out of it. needed to complete the profile but when start the app I’m asked to login and then pop up says need to complete your profile but there no way to log in in order to do this. keep going round in circles.
