Parfois il y’a des problèmes de connexion ce qui cause la difficulté à suivre le trajet du chauffeur.tu es assise et on te dis que ton gozem est arrivé depuis 1ou2 min or tu avais vu 4ou5min. Également une difficulté d’annulation parfois . Et des francturactions après l’annulation d’un véhicule.je m’explique :(parfois on commande et le chauffeur nous écrit pour dire quil est loin donc d’annuler pour commander un autre .on annule et gozem nous demande de payer ,or le chauffeur n’est pas venu et à demander à ce qu’on annule )💔mercibb Cv pour votre compréhension 🙏
