They lie, steal your money, and always keep on making excuses, the interface is bad and not very guided, they hire syrians without work permits so they dont have to pay them a lot, and always are late

Predatory schemes and scams, apps is extremely clunkly and they remove items from ur order without u noticing or being informed, this app is abysmal, i suggest u go for an alternative
Frustratingly bad.
This app is terrible. I usually use another delivery app- and love it, but in the area where I live, they don’t have options for fresh groceries, only restaurants. So I gave this a try, filled my cart with what I needed, and when it came time to checkout, it never let me place the order. I contacted customer “support” and they said I need to add my phone number to my account before I can place any orders. Ok. I go to my profile, try adding my number, it literally does not let you add your number. I deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that would fix the issue- nope. So I contact customer support again, and the person tells me they will manually input my number to my account. Did they ever do it? No. I tried contacting them several times after, and no one ever helps, or you hardly ever get a response to begin with. The last person I spoke to told me to delete the app and download again, which I’d already done several times. They assured me that they fixed the bug, and that it would work this time. But guess what? It didn’t. Complete waste of time. Deleting the app.
