Predatory schemes and scams, apps is extremely clunkly and they remove items from ur order without u noticing or being informed, this app is abysmal, i suggest u go for an alternative

This app is terrible. I usually use another delivery app- and love it, but in the area where I live, they donât have options for fresh groceries, only restaurants. So I gave this a try, filled my cart with what I needed, and when it came time to checkout, it never let me place the order. I contacted customer âsupportâ and they said I need to add my phone number to my account before I can place any orders. Ok. I go to my profile, try adding my number, it literally does not let you add your number. I deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that would fix the issue- nope. So I contact customer support again, and the person tells me they will manually input my number to my account. Did they ever do it? No. I tried contacting them several times after, and no one ever helps, or you hardly ever get a response to begin with. The last person I spoke to told me to delete the app and download again, which Iâd already done several times. They assured me that they fixed the bug, and that it would work this time. But guess what? It didnât. Complete waste of time. Deleting the app.

This app is a shining example of how NOT to make an app. Itâs as if the developers actively tried to create the most frustrating experience possible. Every tap feels like a gambleâwill it freeze, crash, or just ignore you entirely? Spoiler: It does all three.
And the customer support? Calling it âsupportâ is a joke. Itâs more like a black hole where your complaints go to die. They either donât respond, send useless copy-paste replies, or pretend your issues donât exist. Itâs almost impressive how consistently terrible they are.
If you enjoy wasting time, feeling ignored, and questioning your life choices, then this is the app for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

I usually order McDonaldâs through Gozilla, and they have always delivered to my location. However, during my last order, although the app stated âdelivers to your location,â the delivery person called to confirm my location, and shortly after, my order was canceled without my consent.
When I reached out to Gozilla, their only explanation was that McDonaldâs doesnât deliver to my location and that they had tried to contact me, even though the delivery person had already called. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism. Gozilla provides incorrect information on their app and fails to coordinate properly with restaurants. They canceled my order without any proper communication or resolution.
I do not recommend using this service.

The absolute worst.
I have tried this application 3 times. The first time delivery was successful. The second time my food was an hour late, and the third time was when i deleted the app. My food was 2.5 hours late and the restauranr i ordered from told me that gozilla did not send a driver to pick up our food. What a shame
