Great Move
We were very pleased with our service - we were able to hire 2 movers for a quick hour and a half. They were great, efficient, hard working, and very friendly. Would use them 10/10 again!
Moving cluster
This would be a great app if the people on either end of the transaction actually communicated with me or with each other about the logistics a of these move. That part was disappointing although we got the move done. Then today I see that both the moving company and Gozova hit my credit card for a double dip. Ridiculous.

Excellent experience from beginning to end
I was very impressed with this company. From my initial contact. I left details of my move in my request and Mr. Gozova called me so we were both on the same page. The more details they have the better your job will go.
The guys arrived at 7am, called when they were on their way.
They were courteous, helpful, and careful with my belongings. They (MJ and George- shout out to both of them for their excellence and professionalism!) were kind, well mannered, personable and hard working.
They were efficient and we moved quicker than expected.
They were eager to meet and exceed expectations.
I literally have never had such excellent service from a moving company and I’ve worked with a lot of moving companies over the years.
These are the best of class.

I had to move across town and live alone, so I needed movers. I was referred to Gozova and didn’t know what to think because they didn’t have many reviews locally. But my movers did an amazing job, and were really friendly. My entire 1 bed apartment was packed and unloaded in 3 hours. Customer support is really responsive too.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I had tried using another moving/delivery app but the user face functions were lacking to say the least. I discovered Gozova and as soon as I placed my order I got a text confirming my appointment time. They were unable to come at the original time so they text me if they could come later. They were here promptly ina very professional looking truck. They came with wrapping material and a big smile. Very satisfied and will definitely be using again!!! Yay!

Extremely responsive company
Was super impressed with the response rate and accountability of this company! We bought something on Facebook Marketplace and they had the best rates by quite a bit. When the move didn’t go quote as plan I submitted a help ticket and had a resolution to the issue via email AND text within 5 minutes. What kind of company is that speedy and amazing?! Would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to family.

Downloaded the app. Took less than 5 minutes to enter my request. Driver was here in an hour and some in 5 minutes. Junk that was sitting in my a garage for two years gone. Professional, nice and prompt. Problem solved. Love it!....

Saved me in a crunch
Friday morning UPS dropped off a large pallet (with 3 heavy boxes, 224 lb. total) to my office loading ramp and since I knew they didn’t provide inside delivery, I made an appointment with a person who was going to bring the boxes in and install the equipment in my bosses office at noon. It got to be 2:00 in the afternoon and I couldn’t get in touch with him. I was quickly becoming panicked that the equipment would sit on our ramp overnight and possibly the weekend. I googled, “move a pallet inside office building” and Gozova popped up so I went to the chat feature and was politely instructed to download the app. Within 3 minutes I had an appointment for 3:30 and at 3:30, I received a text letting me know Samuel had arrived. There’s no other way to describe the service I received from Samuel than an angel with hustle. Just incredible customer service all the way around. I highly recommend Gozova.

Amazing service! A furniture moving Uber type service!! On time and within an hour of me scheduling, I had my new couch delivered!! Highly recommend and will use them again!!

The guys were very nice and worked hard to get our bedroom furniture moved out of our house in a timely manner and everything made it safely without a scratch. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend. I will use again.
Antiques move.
I hired Gozova to move an antique piece that was my grandmothers to my sisters house about 15 miles away. Movers were on time, friendly, courteous and professional. They had all equipment needed dolly, shrink wrap, moving blankets and secured my furniture as a professional mover should. My piece made it safe and sound to my sisters house. I would highly recommend Gozova!!
