I been having problems with my Mobile app was working just fine now it won’t let me login or anything i can’t view my accounts it really a hot mess and the Card Valet won’t work with
Terrible App
Let me start by saying the Credit Union and it’s employees are AMAZING so let’s not confuse the two. However, this app is terrible. I have had to call and have my password changed numerous times because it says I have entered the wrong password. And that is not the case. I have an app that updates my passwords automatically and I log them in a locked not which I update every time I change a password. A FaceID doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t matter how many times I try.
If not for those two issues the app would be great.
