Been using the app for years when the app was called "Anchor" and it was great. Great because it was one of the few apps for iPhone that was free to use. But just like everything, it's gone the way of the subscription.

I’ve had this app since 2015 (when it was named something-Anchor!) and it has become my yearly go-to for my hiking trips. I have many campsites and important locations saved.
The compass and distance features work amazing, even without cell service while in the forest - as long as you have GPS. I can also share my saved locations with my brothers so they can find me.
Recently, the app underwent some changes and had a subscription model introduced. This caused issues with adding additional locations, which is a huge bummer. However, I reached out to the developer and they helped me restore full access. Thank you! I’m looking forward to using the app even more.

This app is the best and so is the developer long time user
Very Fine App, Now Quite Expensive
I really like this app and have used it for years. But this new pricing, requiring an ongoing subscription at $24.99/year seems kind of expensive. I wish a reasonable one time fee was available. Very useful for finding you way back to where you were when you set an anchor. No other app I’ve found is quite like it! The developer is quite responsive and helpful too.

Thank you for changing to a subscription model. Now the app unusable. At least I can get my saved locations out and delete the app.

Standardfunktionen auf einmal hinter Abo-Schranke - gelöst
Ich nutze die App schon lange und war mit meiner damals erworbenen Premium-Version immer sehr zufrieden. Seit neustem soll ich nun ein Abo abschließen, um neue Orte hinzuzufügen. Besonders ärgerlich: Die Funktion „Käufe wiederherstellen“ zeigt keinerlei Wirkung. Auf meine E-Mails reagiert der Support leider auch nicht. Sehr schade, dass langjährige Nutzer hier so im Stich gelassen werden.
Update: Es hat zwar etwas gedauert aber der Support hat meinen Kauf wieder freigeschaltet. Vielen Dank!
