Why canโ€™t I upgrade after paying for it and canโ€™t delete other iPhone device from my tracking screen

The app has picked up 2 x iPhone devices ones not mine and I canโ€™t remove the one that is not mine and there is no option to. I paid for upgrade and it has not applied it. Wants going on just refund my money and fix your app!
