Why can’t I upgrade after paying for it and can’t delete other iPhone device from my tracking screen

The app has picked up 2 x iPhone devices ones not mine and I can’t remove the one that is not mine and there is no option to. I paid for upgrade and it has not applied it. Wants going on just refund my money and fix your app!

Lost track

I used it for motorcycle off road ride once in a while and liked it a loooot!
But now, for no reason, i lost my precious track of last october 🥵...

Registration

I downloaded the application. When I tried to login it keeps on asking for me to create an account. I register 3 times and still won’t let me sign in

Work purpose

Talk about low jack i like that I can track my location but don’t like the inaccuracy of it like when I go back and check where I was it’s just a straight line not really where I’ve driven since I know I haven’t driven into houses and such

Hi Thank you for your review. The app is set to 5 minute interval tracking by default. You can change this in the setting to 1 minute intervals which will consume slightly more battery but will give you a smoother tracking playback line. Piece of crap

Could not get this app to work. Constant pop up adds, controls do nothing. Waste of space.

In the free version, this is the only way we can support our developers, the premium upgraded version doesn’t have the ads. Please consider upgrading to the premium version for unlimited playback and 1 minute interval tracking.

Recommended GPS tracker

This app can track all my family member, my friend and my beloved ones. How cool is that. So that I don't have to worry about them. Love it

Awful dont waste your time.

After you make your account you have to verify it which it does not tell you, then it says you dont have permission to use the account. You can use the website but then you cant do anything so it tells you to go to the mobil app and your back to no permission. Do not waste your time these people need to get there stuff strait.

WORST of the 4 tracking app I downloaded!

I downloaded Zenly, Followmee, Life360, and Trackometer. Zenly is the BEST app for REALtime tracking and we have unlimited data so it is ok. Life360 needs refreshing every time you want to find out when someone is on the move going to, but uses data as you ask it. Followmee is sitting in my phone unused yet. Trackometer is USELESS in real time tracking or getting any form of notification if someone is leaving or arriving a location, I only get location a person WAS HOURS AGO. Life360 gives notification once my hubby leaves home and arrive at his office, with a FREE 2 day history of his movements. Am going to try out Followmee tonight. Using Zenly and Life360 concurrently. Will be tossing out Trackometer.

Does NOT update! (Gave one star because I can't give NO stars) Tells me that it was updated 23 hrs. ago. Has said updated "7 days ago" and also "last week". Tried everything even deleting app and reinstalling. Such a waste of time!

I can't access map settings by dragging down. It opens my notifications (iPhone)

Works for me sometimes

There seem to be lots of great reviews for this app, but for some reason, it doesn't usually work in real time for me. It usually shows me a previous location, sometimes minutes or hours ago, sometimes even the previous day. I'm upset because I even paid the $9.99 to upgrade, thinking that might solve the issue, but it hasn't. When it does actually work, I love it!
