Pointless app that crashes upon tracking.
Crashes as soon as you click on tracking.Needs a recoding.

I have been trying to book a job for about half an hour now and it keeps locking up and freezing and booting me out.
NDIS funding
The app won’t let me schedule a ride unless I pay a fortune for it, but NDIS covers the cost. How can I fix this??

App doesn’t function at all
Made an account online as my NDIS coordinator told me they’d be able to transport me to and from places using just transport funds rather than transport and carer funding, and I was told it’d have an app so I wouldn’t have to call anyone and such, but this app is broken as all hell. Upon “signing in” half the buttons lead to white pages that can only be fixed by closing and re-opening the app, the profile button shows info that is in no way related to myself, and the recent trips button for some reason shows a bunch of cancelled trips which I’ve never heard of and is ironic given I just signed up…
0/10, would not recommend this service. While great in concept, lack of access for people like myself who don’t have the ability to call people without stressing, and considering this is supposed to be an NDIS partnered program, this is extremely disappointing.
