Subscription lost
I have had a subscription for a number of years and have been trying to download the latest issue (Jan/Feb 21).
It seems that GQ Australia is now no longer available through the app. This is really disappointing as I have paid for a year subscription and have only received one issue.
I am more disappointed that there has been no communication as to what is happening with the subscription.

Beware: Do not purchase
GQ Australia is no longer being published. They stopped publishing half way through my annual subscription and Apple won’t provide a refund as it is outside 90 days since purchase.
Appalled!
I have been a subscriber of GQ Australia for a number of years only now to discover they are changing their platform to focus on media in the Socials. My subscription was paid until Jun 21 and there is no indication that a refund will be paid for the outstanding issues that we are no longer going to receive. As well I cannot download the remaining issue for Nov/Dec because the app is faulty, let alone recover all of the issues I previously purchased! I am disgusted.

APP is broken
APP no longer opens...It is stuck on the screen “Optimising Content” and will not open. I have paid for so many magazines and I can no longer access them. I want a refund for all my paid issues.
wasn't broken, why fix it?
It's bewildering to me that this app has been changed from a fluid and attractive app that was one of the best reading experiences on the iPad to one that is clunky, slow and ugly. The magazine is hard to read at this point. Disappointed for the change but I'm glad it happened before my subscription renewed.
