The app does not work

I recently purchased this ear wax remover device that features an innovative design, connecting to a phone app to display the inner ear using a built-in camera. The idea is to connect your phone to the device's Wi-Fi for a live view inside the ear. Unfortunately, I've encountered a significant issue: the app consistently freezes on the connection page. Despite my phone being successfully connected to the device's Wi-Fi, the app fails to progress beyond this point, leaving me with no other options or buttons to try and resolve the issue.
