App keeps closing
The app keeps closing after I frame grab from one video and so I have to keep reopening it.
Low resolution, not worth it
A screenshot has far better resolution than this app can create! So don’t bother it’s a waste of space and time. Same as a couple other apps I’ve tried. Keep it simple and stick with an iPhone screenshot for far better quality.
Unusable
I paid for this app but it does not come with any instructions on how to use it. I have wasted hours trying to figure it out. Please can anyone help.
How do I choose all frames to export
Love the app if I can also do that. One at a time makes it difficult to use

Sadly this app requires purchase to produce video captures without a watermark, and for functionality the price (a subscription) seems excessive. Would have been a 5 star app if the purchase was not mandatory.

Doesn’t preserve HDR
It seems to work well enough but the exported image loses the HDR data from the source footage which is a shame. Also the source footage was shot in 4k but the exported image is purportedly 11520x6480 which seems odd. For £1 I would have bought this as a “thank you” no question but not worth £5.99
Blurry image
What’s the point of this app, you can take a screen shot with your phone and have the same quality. Image was not any better quality than a screen shot

Sorry to hear that. In my experience the resolution is better than just screenshotting from your phone. I'm also working on new ways to enhance the quality even further. Please give it another try in the future since I'm constantly trying to improve it.

Does the job but the watermark is so big and prominent that it ruins the photo grab

The right touch
Along with haptic feedback, unlike the other frame grabbing apps, this one gets 2 things particularly right: (1) the playback speed when you keep the frame forward (or backward) button pressed. The other apps are way too slow. This one is perfect. (2) the ability to jump to different frames in the timeline with a simple touch (as opposed to having to drag in other apps).
I also like that the video doesn’t start immediately when you open it (another annoyance in the other apps).
Don’t get me wrong I like some of the features of the other apps and still use some of them. But for simplicity and feel, this one’s the best.

How doe It Work?
Wanted to see description about how this app worked before making purchase commitment.
But there was absolutely nothing; no description, no user info, no notes. Things you can look at and say “yes that’s for me” absolutely nothing.
It’s possible that this only becomes available after a purchase is made, a bit late isn’t it.

Best App Ever
I loved this app so much and the developer was so helpful. I went back and purchased a lifetime subscription.
It just works and its so easy to use.

I understand developers want to get paid... but,
I'd appreciate it if EVERYONE would indicate their "price" for apps instead of making it appear to be a "Free" app until AFTER the application is downloaded! Also, pick a single price instead of offering "tiered pricing."
After installation, I couldn't "Quit" the app, thus had to "Force Quit." Uncertain as to whether I'll even be able to "Delete" this app either!
Since no price was indicated "upfront" prior to my downloading this, I believed it to be a "FREE" application. I'm not even sure how many times I can use the app for free before it stops permitting me to convert with the app!
The only reason I downloaded this app was to convert "accidental" LIVE photos into STILLS, because apparently, APPLE no longer allows its user's to convert them into stills via PHOTOS.
I wish APPLE never added "LIVE photos" in the first place, but I can see why the do! It forces its users to use up iCloud storage space while employing "nagware" to remind everyone that they're running out of space, and to purchase more!
If only Apple kept that ability to convert Live to Still photos, that would have been great!
But like everything in life these days, "innovation" is being replaced with "subscription services" instead, because it's easy money.
