Hands down the best customer service!
I have been using Gradekit for 2 years and love its speed (much faster than the official Aeries app) and color-coded design.
When the new school year started, the app stopped showing my child’s classes. However, it wasn't a Gradekit issue—the official Aeries app wasn't displaying them either, so it was clearly an issue on Aeries' end. Unless I logged into the full Aeries web portal, I couldn’t check grades.
I reached out to the school, but they had no idea. I contacted the Aeries app support and got zero response.
As a last resort, I contacted Gradekit customer service. I honestly didn't expect much since I’m just one user out of millions, but they exceeded every expectation.
They looked at debug logs and kept in touch over text for three weeks—texting me at least once a week to reassure me that they were still working on it and hadn't forgotten about me.
Today, the developer messaged me to download the latest update. I’ve never been so excited to update an app... and IT WORKED! 🥹🎉 All six classes loaded beautifully!
The official Aeries app is still broken, so I know this couldn't have been an easy fix. I cannot thank the developer enough. Beyond fixing the issue, I truly felt cared for as a customer. Thank you for the extraordinary service!
