To call this thing clunky, obtuse, and user unfriendly is like saying that Bucknell colors are orange and blue.
Graduway Bucknell Alumni Directory App
This app is a complete joke. Language is infantile and patronizing, while function is clunky and unreliable. Credit must go to Graduway sales, whose proposal to Bucknell IT and Alumni Relations closed the sale for an inferior digital product.
Unusable
The user interface is not AODA compliant, the plugins must not be coded correctly because it would connect to login and just overall not built for mobile. Unusable, please reboot the website so we can access perks

Couldn’t even register. Should have been sorted out before launching.

I had to do this for school. It was really awkward because not a single one of us (145 people) could sign up. it was a silly moment

This app is really bad. Doesn’t even let me sign in or create an account because all of the bugs still present on the app.
Whoever created this app clearly didn’t even try it.
Input a page of data, hit “Continue”, wait forever. Guess I won’t be going to the reunion or donating any money to my old school.

App is glitchy on iPhone. Never understand why there’s an insistence to use an app for a web based service. Leave web pages as web pages, we don’t need apps for everything.
Can’t login due to UI design
Can’t login due to UI design. Input login details from iCloud passwords and the login button is unusable. Clicking on username and password input lines ends up selecting different sign in options above. Likely a scaling issue. Fix the app. Universities are paying good money to use your broken app for Alumni to use.

Completely unusable
There are far too many bugs and issues to list. We’ve been working with Graduway’s support team for years to try to get these resolved, but they’re incapable of fixing anything. The whole app needs a complete overhaul, preferably by someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
Doesn’t work on IPAD
This app works fine on my iphone, but doesn’t work on my IPad. It down loads but will not let me register...

Graduway - The New School Network
The Graduway app is excellent for connecting our alumni and students across the globe. We are impressed with the many customizable features of the app.
It would be great - if it actually worked!
After downloading the app, and uploading my info via LinkedIn, I tried to edit my page.
I re-wrote sections of my profile only to find the app would not let me Save my changes. Why? It wouldn’t accept “San Francisco, California” as my Location. Huh???
So now I have a profile that I can’t really use or edit - all because of some bug around city location. Sigh.
