Great app, great watches!

Purchased a Breitling Super Ocean Heritage for a great price. Authentication process was smooth and easy. Will be buying more for sure!

My only suggestion is to add a market price indicator, similar to what Chrono 24 has. It’d be nice to be able to assess the value of a watch without having to go to a different app.

Flawed

The design of this app is so flawed it is not funny, you can not really win anything, the seller sets reserve on the watch and when you bid any amount below it the auction ends but you do not win the watch even if you are the highest bidder and the seller start taking offers, such waste of time and the worst part they do not tell you what the reserve is so you know whether to bid or not, I mean just do buy it now option, also if you bid within 5 whole minutes before the time ends it adds another 5 minutes, I am definitely deleting it and never using it again, waste of time

I had a great experience and everything went through flawlessly and I really appreciated the authentication process which put my mind at ease

Nice app, but it needs improvement.

There are software issues; it needs an update. When I tap “Place Bid,” the app completely closes.

Undecided

I have had this app for a while and have bid on several watches. I know market and will bid accordingly. My concern is is that an auction that has said it is closing in 18 minutes is still only a minute in after two hours.

Good app- needs some work user experience

I am not a huge fan of how the bidding system works- it’s not incremental the way eBay is. For watch people, there are some finds and deals to be had- it’s super helpful to search for no reserve auctions (most of the watches have a reserve).
For shoppers looking for brands outside of Rolex, that maybe where the value is (less marquee brands).

Good watch auction site !

The standout of Grailzee is great customer Service. Very responsive and helpful to this newbe client.

Great platform

I recently started selling watches on Grailzee and it is one of the easiest and best platforms I have used.

Future of timepiece buying and selling

Nothing but great experiences buying and selling on Grailzee! Customer service is excellent and rises to the level of the types of watches that sell on their platform.

Utilitarian but poorly designed

It is a useful marketplace, however the user experience and product design are suboptimal. The app is utilitarian however not enjoyable.

Beware of hidden fees

Buyers should be aware of how Grailzee structures its transactions. Unlike platforms such as Bezel or eBay that manage the entire process from payment to authentication, Grailzee splits the transaction between the seller and the authenticator. You’ll receive separate invoices, which makes the experience feel fragmented and less secure.

There are also hidden costs to consider. Sellers can charge up to 7% extra if you use a credit card through PayPal, and shipping fees are not disclosed upfront. In some cases, sellers — often located in China — send international PayPal requests directly, which raises concerns. If you want to pay with a credit card, you may even need to email the seller directly at their personal email address.

When purchasing expensive Swiss watches online from unknown international sellers, transparency and platform accountability are critical. Grailzee’s business model puts too much responsibility on the buyer. They should own and manage the entire transaction process like Bezel or eBay. As it stands, I don’t feel comfortable using the platform for high-value purchases.

I will stick to buying from Bezel.

Sellers can balk if they don’t like the bid

Sellers can choose not to sell if they don’t like the price. Bid process means nothing.

Premium Selling Experience with Serious Buyers

Outstanding experience selling through Grailzee. The platform and team provide a true white-glove feel from listing to authentication and final delivery. Communication was clear, the process felt secure at every step, and the buyers on the platform appear to be knowledgeable, high-quality end users rather than tire-kickers. It’s a professional marketplace that inspires confidence when transacting high-value timepieces. Would gladly use Grailzee again.

Great marketplace for watches

I’ve bought and sold 6 watches on Grailzee and it’s by far the first place I go when I’m looking for a new watch.

Took Sellers Side

Seller messed up, missed the window for payment, didn’t communicate with me, and honestly was extremely unprofessional. I complained and they said “no he’s good” and that was that. I’m not wasting my time messing around when the seller doesn’t seem to care. I’m going to uninstall, and just use eBay. They at least care about the buyer.

Hi JSteeves12, We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. We hold sellers to very high standards on Grailzee. If a seller fails to uphold their end of a transaction, penalties and potential bans absolutely apply.

My favorite watch market

I’ve purchased one watch and sold 3 on the platform. I used to go to Chrono 24 or Bezel but I pretty much exclusively look here now. I like that all watches go through an auction but then get listed afterward. They have a great selection of watches and the fact that every one gets authenticated (quickly I might add) is a huge plus when there are some sketchy folks out there. Great site, people and app.

Best Watch Buying App Ever

I started on Grailzee a few months ago. Since my very first interaction until now has been nothing but 10/10. The customer service is phenomenal and the sellers on this app are very professional and more than fair on their pricing, sometimes winning auctions under market value. My favorite thing about Grailzee is every watch is authenticated giving me peace of mind when buying. I could go on forever about how great this app is but I’ll stop here. No one reads this far anyways. Thanks Grailzee!!

Reserve

People should have to submit reserves for review, everyone on the app selling put there reserve ridiculously high over market value and then just try’s to rip you off

The best watch marketplace

Sold 3 watches and have shipped all, great way to sell or buy and most importantly a escrow service with a middle ground that helps in many ways.

First Time Buyer!

This was my first time purchasing a luxury watch through an app rather than directly from an authorized dealer, which initially made me cautious. Especially in a market where authenticity is not always guaranteed. Like many buyers, I typically rely on authorized dealers for peace of mind. After seeing Grailzee appear frequently on my Instagram feed, I decided to explore the platform for a few weeks. I ultimately found and bid on a Cartier Santos (my first Cartier) which was particularly meaningful since I wanted it to complement my wedding band that my wife gave me.
I won the auction, and because the seller had a reserve, Grailzee facilitated a direct negotiation period before reopening the listing to other bidders. I really appreciated this feature it gives the buyer a fair opportunity to secure the watch without being pressured into overpaying. Finding a full-set Santos in excellent condition is becoming increasingly difficult, as many authorized dealers remove the extras and sell the watch bare, which takes away from the overall experience in my opinion.
We reached an agreement, and throughout the entire process, Grailzee remained in constant communication via text. Their responsiveness was excellent! They were available to answer questions and provide support at every step, 24/7! While there is a service fee (which varies depending on the value of the watch), it was transparent and reasonable. I also opted for an appraisal through Grailzee for insurance purposes. Many insurers including USAA, (which I use) require or strongly recommend an appraisal. Grailzee’s pricing for this service was on the lower end compared to typical third-party appraisals, and the documentation was delivered promptly via email.
When I received the initial inspection photos, I felt they could have been better. I reached out to Grailzee, and they immediately provided higher-quality images. While they use a third-party inspection service, Grailzee took ownership of the issue and ensured I was fully satisfied. I was communicating with them throughout the weekend, and their availability was impressive. One thing that really stood out was the level of customer service. In my experience, many authorized dealers offer minimal engagement once a sale is underway. Grailzee, on the other hand, went above and beyond. They were attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in providing a great experience. Overall, Grailzee offers more competitive pricing than the majority of online marketplaces and significantly better customer service than anywhere else I’ve shopped. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and about building trust in their platform. I’m extremely grateful for the experience and would confidently recommend Grailzee to anyone considering a luxury watch or any level of watch purchase. Thank you Grailzee!
