Just kept giving me ads after using it for a few months. Not worth the trouble of exiting it 5 times for it to work.
Simple and Just What I've Been Looking For
I love making my pieces look old and worn out so I set out to find a an app with retro grain filter and found just that. Grain app does what it advertises and I'm very pleased, keep up the good work!
Absolutely amazing for Liminal Space photography
I’m a Liminal Space photographer for Instagram and whenever I need to add a bit of grain for photos this is the app I use. This app is great! 10/10!
No “no filter” option
I needed this app to put a Polaroid style custom date on one of my photos, and was very happy that this was something the app could achieve, however,
I personally don’t want any of the app’s filter options on this photo, and through about 10 minutes of trial and error I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s impossible to leave my photo neutral with no filter after putting a date on it. The filters may have their place, but they greatly distort what I’d like my photo to look like and leave the image dark and shadowy, almost unrecognizable. The dates and the grain options work great but I’m really disappointed I can’t take any of the filters off and there’s no “original” or “no filter” options.

Thought this issue would be resolved by now but it’s not.
I read the top review from a year ago saying it doesn’t work on iPhone 7 cause it’s “super zoomed in” and I figured “it’s been a year, surely they’ve resolved the issue by now.” They haven’t... disappointed cause this app looked promising. Not to mention that there’s room for an ad while the controls are cropped out. Fix your app and you’ll get better reviews.

so i love the app and all but i can’t seem to figure out where my saved photos from the app went. it always says it saved my photos but where did it save it to???
Great app, with a bug
When using my iPhone 11 Pro, the app stretches the photo. Despite being updated to the latest version. Otherwise an awesome app.
Bring the old version back!
The grain effect adjustments is not doing my pictures justice with new version 👎🏼

Filters
App is pretty cool but which there was a way to turn off the automatic color filters. Just leave the color of the photo as is and add grain to it, or at least be able to lower the intensity of the filters provided.
