Suddenly from Yesterday the game crashes after opening. I thought I could just reinstall to delete the cache but it not only reset to the very first hotel, but also keeps crashing after a second or two.
Can’t advance without ads/money
The game is enjoyable but it’s literally blinking arrows and going buy buy buy buy. You need gems to upgrade and need upgrades to advance and you can only get enough by paying money or watching ads. I’m not against putting money in a game even if it’s a big micro transaction one cause the developers should be paid for their work but the force of it I’m definitely good. Also the ads are annoying not cause they’re ads but you have to open them in the App Store multiple times before it lets you close ad and claim rewards

Fun game but gems are to rare
This game is genuinely fun, technically no force ads, and is accurate to the ads I have seen. You have to level up the supplies you get, check in the customers, serve them. You can customize the characters you control.
Now this is why the game has only two stars. To upgrade your hotel you have to use the coins and gems. Which is fine. The issue is that I’ve gotten stuck twice because of not having enough gems. I’m on level 32 (a harder level) and I can do everything perfectly and I won’t make enough coins because my hotel supplies level isn’t high enough, mind you I have 5/7 supplies FULLY level up. Only two of them are one off from being fully leveled up.
Now on the ads part. They are not ‘force’ onto you, like after each level you do not get one. But because you don’t have enough gems you have to watch the ads. Which I understand, the company wants to make money. My issue is, that you have to watch about five ads to be able level up once or if you’re lucky twice.
Also about the customization of your characters? Cost about 150~200 gems for ONE outfit. How can I use my gems for that when I don’t even have the 15 gems it takes to upgrade my supplies?
But don’t worry you guys! For only a $1.99 you can buy 15 gems! (But if you by the chance don’t have enough coins you can pay to get them???)
Now the developers will say there are mini games and other ways to get gems other than paying/watching ads.
But the thing is, where? Where are these mini games? The competitions? Oh yeah I’ll play those.
BUT YOU CAN’T.
To play the competitions you have to play the levels. But to play the levels you have to upgrade your supplies. But to upgrade your supplies you have to have gems. But to get gems you have to play competitions.
That just went in a circle.
To break that circle is either A. Watch ads or B. Pay
Saying that. This game is actually fun. You just can go far without getting stuck.
So save yourself the hassle and just skip this game.

Can’t grind for gems anymore
The latest (4.2) update just took away the option to grind for gems from completed hotels. The measly 1 gem for every 10 levels completed was bad enough, now, once you get to higher levels requiring absurd amounts of gems for a single upgrade, your only option is to buy them or watch a bazzillion ads. No thanks. After playing this game for over 6 years, (grinded over 8,000 levels on Regrata, and several thousand on Golden Apple) I’m deleting it.
