Why change
Why did you guys have to change the game? You can’t go back and play the old hotels and you don’t even get to finish a level because of the speed finish and what happened to getting a reward each day

Нельзя делать уровень таким, что обязательно надо покупать за деньги кристаллы, чтобы его пройти, это не правильно! Люди будут доходить до определенного уровня и удалять игру. Надо другие выходы

Dear creators. Please provide additional ways to earn crystals and money, as they’re critically lacking! The game is fun to play, but even when you buy upgrades,many still don’t earn enough to complete one hotel. It’s unrealistic. Consider adding this option in this update. Otherwise, spending tons of money just gets tiresome… I downloaded the game to play, not to spend tons of money. I understand that you can buy something here and there, but not constantly and not in every hotel. Viewing ads for rewards doesn’t really help either.!!!

Recent Update
Recent update won’t allow you to go back and play levels already completed. The game is forcing you to play in current hotel. Maybe time to delete!
Disappointment
I played this years ago and it used to be really good but this time cannot get past level 33 no matter how hard you try as no gems. Without gems you cannot upgrade your hotel equipment, and unfortunately you need to buy them.
Used to love
I used to love this game and you could play previous levels to earn rewards. Now you can’t even do that and most of the time you’ve gotta pay money to buy gems to move onto the next levels so this has just become a money grab. I hate that cause I like this game.

But these “reward” don’t give you near enough to keep playing. BRING BACK PLAYING PREVIOUS LEVELS!

PAY TO PLAY
After a few levels you cannot upgrade without gems and gems cost money. If you’re gonna pay then you’re golden but if not Good luck
Things have changed
This was such a fun mindless game, at least up until a few months ago. It seems they are actively trying to make it more difficult to actually play the game. The game has not changed but the reward structure has changed. You do not get money or diamonds every day anymore unless it’s the 5th day you’ve claimed a reward. You cannot play past levels to earn perks (instant room cleaning, happiness, etc). They haven’t created a new island game which also helped give rewards for 6+ months now. I still love the game but am close to deleting the app the more they change it! DO BETTER. GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS

Used to be my favorite
I have literally played this game since its release and have told many friends and family about it and how fun it was to play. It used to be fun AND relaxing. For a year or more it has become more about spending real money if you want to advance at all. Now, with the latest update they have made it so you cannot go back and play your completed hotels at all. Basically this makes you have to spend REAL money to purchase gems to buy power-ups to complete levels. Or, buy gems to purchase upgrades for the premium or unique hotels. Therefore, I am removing my previous review and updating. It is unfortunate that greed ruins everything. I’m uninstalling this game but I wish all of my team and game friends good luck if they stay.

Fun! Keeps me occupied.
It can be fun
They make it very hard to get diamonds and upgrade and pass leveled at times and , after so many levels if you can do the speed walk it’s impossible to pass the level
Unwinnable free game
Have to spend money to get past first hotel. That’s different from a few years ago. Even with “finish early boost” and watching ads. A favorite game now deleted. Shame on you!
