I made a request for a car 4 hours ahead of time, and paid full in advance to have the car pick up my son, and yet the car was late more than 20 min. In short it will be the first and last time I deal with this company (untrustworthy).

Taxi app that charges upfront
2 times I arrive at Kuwait airport and these guys call me last minute with stupid questions or announcements. First time they asked me about the pickup time despite me paying upfront and choosing it in the app. Second time they tell me there will be a charge for waiting. I canceled both and got an airport taxi. No airport pickup service charges waiting time because it’s not possible to predict.

Stupid app takes 5 mins to book each ride
In this app to order a taxi you have to spend 5 minutes booking a ride because they request a kd 5 deposit and expect you to enter you whole credit card information FOR EVERY SINGLE RIDE. Uber does it in seconds, learn from Uber.

Uae number is not accepted, the application does not show next button for uae number till u add one more digit fake. It does not work both ways .my uae number after counry code is 9 digits and next button activated after 10 digits. Kind of bug does not allow uae customers
The worst service I have ever seen
They canceled my booking without any notification they did it several times to me and they don’t even care to hear a complaint not recommended at all

They never charge you the same amount you agreed to!! My ride I agreed to was 6.800 kd they changed it after I arrived to 10.500 kd !!! 35% higher than what I agreed f.y.i I arrived early no problem or traffic

A very unsuccessful program. I ordered an Uber and paid and it was not clear to me that it was busy and I was in a hurry, and when I contacted them, they said your money will return to you from 5 to 7 days, frankly, a very strange thing.
