Lagging App and Was Charged

The app was lagging and it showed the driver was at the same spot for 10 minutes, so I took another taxi. I got a call saying he's here but I had already left because the app still said he was far. I cancelled the ride but I guess the app was bugged — because it got cancelled right away and I was charged. Customer service didn't want to refund me for the app bugging. Maybe its just a one off occurence.

I ordered a ride from The Avenues to Farwaniya, and the estimated fare was 1.500 KWD. When I arrived at my destination, the app suddenly charged me 2.250 KWD instead. This is completely unacceptable and feels like deceptive pricing. If the fare can change like this without any clear explanation, it’s misleading. This is the last time I’ll ever use this app.
