The app does not work!

Every time I have to type my name, it says spaces are not allowed which I did not put any spaces. I clicked on scan the passport and it wonโ€™t work. I tried to enter my US phone number and when I click on US, it sets it on Canada. OMG ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
