I ordered a ride from The Avenues to Farwaniya, and the estimated fare was 1.500 KWD. When I arrived at my destination, the app suddenly charged me 2.250 KWD instead. This is completely unacceptable and feels like deceptive pricing. If the fare can change like this without any clear explanation, it’s misleading. This is the last time I’ll ever use this app.

Customer service was horrible and the app has technical issues that didn't apply the offer i purchased:
I was mislead with an offer that claimed I'll get KD20 in rides if i purchase a KD10 voucher, turned out that the KD20 will be a maximum value of discount amounts only, and not actual ride fares

Last hour change KD extra charge
I got a call from Wiyak an hour before the ride, informing me that my scheduled ride was upgraded to a more luxurious car because the one I booked was not available, which cost me an extra KD 2.

Whenever i top-up using apple pay the app crashes! I was charged twice!!!
Unfair Extra Mileage Charges
I’ve been using Wiyak for some time now, and overall the service is okay, but there’s one big issue that really needs fixing — the extra mileage charges. It doesn’t feel fair for customers to pay more when the cab arrives late or the trip takes longer for reasons beyond our control.
It would be much better if Wiyak showed the final fare upfront so riders know exactly what they’ll pay before starting the trip. And if there are going to be any extra fees, we should be told ahead of time, not surprised at the end.
Updating the Terms and Conditions to make pricing clearer and more transparent would go a long way in building trust and improving the experience for customers.
