App is pointless!
First time placing order on app and thought it was a good deal that you get a $5 off discount and when picking up order they couldn’t find it, was told no order was placed under my name. After showing them a screenshot of the order they “found” rung up on another register. Did not check order, because I didn’t think they would mess it up, when I got home I was missing one plate. I called back and had to go back to the restaurant, the manager (Otilia)was charging more than my original order. Ended up having to get off, when the whole reason I ordered to go was to avoid going inside. Long story short, did not enjoy my meal with my family as I planned, will be deleting app, no point in created it, if they can’t keep up with it. Will not order from this place again. Manager did give me a 10% discount for next time, pointless because I don’t plan to go back. My time and gas will not be replaced and I still didn’t get the $5 off the app, like it said. Don’t use this app!
