Super slow

This app is super slow, it runs like it hasn’t been updated since 2014. Everything takes forever to load. I’m afraid it will timeout before loading. I wouldn’t care except that I have to use it as proof of insurance

Too slow

App has not gotten an update in forever, takes minutes to simple view a policy or switch from screen to screen, took 5 mins just to login

Bad insurance company

I have not enjoyed my experience with Grange. Geico was better.

Terrible app

I am unable to even register with the app because my policy number is 6 digits longer than allowed. It did find policies when I used a condensed version of the policy number but the rest of my details didn’t match apparently so I have no idea whose account I was attempting to connect to. This app needs a serious review and if these reviews are seen by anyone (which I can see they have been) it seems they don’t care enough to actually improve it. Of course, we all know that insurance companies hate it when money leaves them instead of towards them so I doubt they care enough to do anything to help their customers by making the app easy and streamlined for its customers. Call me cynical if you please.
